I’m Jeff, the owner of Blue & White Lodging LLC — and that’s Grady, my yellow lab and unofficial Chief Hospitality Officer. After graduating from Penn State in 1998 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I spent years traveling for work and experiencing everything from world‑class accommodations to the kind of hotel rooms that make you wish you’d stayed home.
Those experiences shaped my approach to managing homes for Penn State visitors. I returned to State College to build something better: well‑maintained, thoughtfully upgraded homes where families, alumni, and friends can gather for football weekends, campus events, and everything in between.
Grady and I oversee the details, support guests throughout their stay, and make sure the homes we manage feel welcoming, comfortable, and ready for memorable Penn State trips.
