I’ve seen premium accommodations around the world and around Penn State. But I have also spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of thousands of hotel points on sub-tier hotel rooms in State College for non-conference games.
I’m Jeff, the owner of Blue & White Lodging LLC. Oh, and that’s my buddy Grady, a yellow lab, beside me. I graduated in 1998 with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Penn State. I then moved to Columbus, OH (BOO) and worked for Honda there and in Alabama for about 10 years. My eldest daughter was raised in Ohio, and I may have overdone the Penn State with her a bit. LOL
I decided early in 2025 that I needed to do something for myself, and I’ve always wanted to be back in the State College area, so I started my little LLC. In December 2025 I closed on the first new rental, “Atherton Street.” We had our first official renters in late January 2026. I am pleased to announce we just closed on the second house, “Allen Street,” in early March 2026. With hard work and a lot of help and inspiration, we launched it in April 2026.
Grady and I hope our homes meet or exceed everyone’s standards. We promise to maintain them and keep them the premium product in State College.
